--from Newsreader at Sonntag, 27. Januar 2019; 10:03:44-- Dear Uwe, I still cannot send emails from VFX. I am using Win7 and Windows Live Mail I booted up the VFX17 Test application, opened the “Item” form , clicked on the print icon in the form , selected Email and Excel then Okay I added my own email address davidjmp@optusnet.com.au and for good measure cc’ed davidjmp@gmail.com. Clicked on OK . Wait window comes up saying “Working....” Then says “Your e-mail was created and sent to Outbox” I have done this repeatedly and had the outbox open and visible to see if the email went there – it does not. What can I do to make it work please. I am not an expert at this and that is why I bought VFX, perhaps there is a setting I need to change. Kind Regards, David Phillips "Uwe Habermann" wrote in message news:741776... --from Newsreader at Donnerstag, 29. November 2018; 15:11:27-- Hi David! >>My email program I am sending to is Windows Live Mail.<< VFX sends e-mails by MAPI. Windows Live Mail works fine with MAPI. Maybe WLM is not the default e-mail client on your machine or another e-mail client is installed. If you use WIndows 10 there is also Windows Mail installed. >>I tried set cfoxappl.luselibhpdf = .T. but it does not fix the problem.<< This setting affects the creation of PDF files. It has nothing to do with sending e-mails. Uwe Habermann
