Just edit and save.

When saving the file menu\vfxmenu.mpr gets regenerated and so should have a
recent timestamp. Please check.
menu\vfxmenu.mpx should get a recent timestamp latest when zou run
Vfxmain.prg for the first time after editing the menu.
