I added an entry 1 to the view pad of Vfxmenu in VFX16Test and it works just
fine.
The generated code is:
Define Bar 10 Of View PROMPT IIF(goProgram.lruntimelocalization,
goLocalize.cMEN_PRM1,MEN_PRM1) FONT [Arial],8

The last 1 in your code should be in quotation marks.

VFX16Test does not use runtime localization.

This is needed when using the ribbon bar. It is not needed when using
Vfxmenu. However, this prg is regenerated on each rebuild.
