in the VFX*.DBF files should they all be included or is there a rule as to which ones are in and which ones are not included?
I had VfxPrintPageSize.dbf marked as not included.

This problem can't occur at the customer site because VfxPrintPageSize.dbf
is marked as included into the project. So it is included in the exe file as
well.
If VfxPrintPageSize.dbf is still missing in your project copy it from the
data folder of your VFX installation into the data folder of your project.
Then, add it as a free table to the project and mark it as included.
