Dear Uwe,
I had a remote site that managed to unknowingly change the country and that resulted in a support call to work out what was going on.
I would rather goProgram.lruntimelocalization is .f. but usermsg.h is empty.
What is the required syntax and is there an easy way to populate it?

If the value of goProgram.lruntimelocalization is .t. it means that a record
message_id = "MEN_PRMCWDRUGS" is missing in vfxmsg.dbf.
If the value of goProgram.lruntimelocalization is .f. it means that the
constant MEN_PRMCWDRUGS is missing in your usermsg.h.
