The VFX - Menu Builder works on the table menu\vfxmenu.vmx/fpt. Based on the
content of this table it generates the menu prg file menu\vfxmenu.vmr. You
can open this file with the VFP program editor to see whether your change
are done. Menu\vfxmenu.vmr gets compiled to menu\vfmenu.fxp. You can delete
this file prior to running your app in order to get it created again by VFP.
